Complete Manufacturing Process

01. YARN WARPING & SOURCING

Virgin Filament Selection

High-tenacity polyester and polyamide multifilament, matched with calibrated monofilament spacer yarns (0.05mm - 0.30mm) for precise compression resilience.

02. WARP KNITTING

Double Needle Bar Raschel

Automated guide bar control creates stable honeycomb, rhombic, hexagonal surface openings, micro-mesh bottoms, or solid base constructions.

03. DYEING & HIGH-TEMP SETTING

Dimensional Stability

Tensionless jet dyeing vessels and multi-chamber stenter frames lock width up to 230cm, prevent warp elongation, and ensure batch color consistency.

04. FUNCTIONAL FINISHING

Engineered Treatments

Application of flame retardant (inherent or chemical finish), silicone anti-slip dots, antibacterial sanitization, and moisture-wicking coatings.

05. LAMINATION & CONVERTING

Post-Processing

PUR hot-melt breathable bonding with TPU films, open-cell foams, nonwovens; precision roll slitting from narrow tapes to full-width rolls.

06. LAB TESTING & RELEASE

Traceable Inspection

Every batch inspected on 4-point fabric inspection frames. Compression fatigue, air permeability (CFM/L/m²/s), and wash recovery logged per lot.
