Company About

Material Engineering Partner

From end-use requirements to workable mesh specifications.

We manufacture sandwich mesh and 3D spacer mesh, helping customers connect functional goals with practical material choices, stable supply, and custom development when a standard option is not enough.

01

Our Position

Material decisions should begin with the application—not a generic specification sheet.

Our role is to understand where the material will be used, what it needs to do, and which construction variables matter most. We translate those needs into thickness, GSM, mesh opening, backing structure, yarn combinations, and performance directions.

We first look for a fit among mature products. When the application calls for a different balance, we develop a custom direction while also considering stock or greige availability, MOQ, price, and lead time.

Inside the Material

A three-layer structure, tuned as one system.

Surface, spacer, and back layers work together to shape breathability, support, resilience, and cushioning.

01

Surface layer

The visible and contact-facing plane, shaped through mesh opening, yarn, and surface construction choices.

02

Spacer layer

The connecting structure that helps create depth, airflow, support, resilience, and cushioning.

03

Back layer

The supporting plane, selected to work with the required backing structure and final assembly.

Sandwich mesh Approx. 3–8 mm
3D spacer mesh Approx. 5–20 mm

Typical ranges provide a starting point; the intended use guides the final material direction.

What We Bring

Four capabilities around one material decision.

01

Manufacturing

Producing sandwich mesh and 3D spacer mesh across varied structural and performance directions.

02

Material selection

Matching end-use requirements with workable thickness, GSM, opening, backing, and yarn options.

03

Stable supply

Considering availability, MOQ, price, and lead time alongside the target material performance.

04

Custom development

Developing a tailored direction when established products do not provide the required balance.

A Practical Method

From use case to an executable material path.

Technical suitability and commercial feasibility are considered together—not as separate conversations.

  1. 01

    Understand the end use

Clarify the product context, required feel, structure, and performance direction.

  2. 02

    Translate requirements

Turn functional goals into relevant material parameters and construction choices.

  3. 03

    Match before developing

Prioritize a suitable mature product, then define custom work only when needed.

  4. 04

    Confirm feasibility

Review availability, MOQ, price, and lead time to shape an actionable supply route.

Application Directions

Built to start with the performance need.

Spacer mesh can be explored wherever breathable separation, support, resilience, or cushioning is relevant. The exact material choice depends on the final product and assembly.

A

Breathable padding and contact surfaces

B

Supportive product structures

C

Resilient separation layers

D

Cushioning-focused assemblies
